This week my mum came down to visit me so I had quie a few meals out so haven't cooked many meals myself

So here are some of the meals I had this week 

 Tuna, sweetcorn pasta salad

Chilli Con Carne with Wholegrain Rice

 

Spiced Vegetable couscous with feta and wholemeal pitta with jalapeno and red pepper houmous

Crispy chilli chicken wrap, cajun wedges and salad

Garlic and chilli prawns with chorizo and carrot mash

Jacket potato with Spicy Sausage filling
